Refund Policy

Because Faith & Fin Company operates through limited releases and small-batch production, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

We do not currently accept returns due to sizing preferences or buyer’s remorse, so please review sizing information carefully before purchasing.
